Presidium
The members of the WIOTC Presidium shall be divided into national and regional members as well as non-national and non-regional members.
* National and regional members shall mean the only members of group representatives designated by their national and regional government. Only one government body in each and every country and region may be admitted to the standing member standing for its country and region.
* Non-national and non-regional members shall refer to the group members of various social organizations, R&D institutes, enterprises, etc.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, be responsible for the proposal of important issues and implementation of decision-making of the Organization.
The Executive Committee shall take the responsibility for managing the Secretariat, the committees and other affiliated bodies as well as the national and regional branches and carry out relevant works in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.

General Secretariat
The General Secretariat shall be under the direct leadership of the Executive Committee and shall be mainly responsible for carrying out the decisions made by the General Assembly Session, the Presidium meeting and the Executive Committee, and for the planning, organization and implementation of the WIOTC events.
