Congratulatory Message to WIOTC

   On the occasion of the opening of WIOTC CHINA SUMMIT, on behalf of ISO and in my own name, I would like to extend warm congratulations to WIOTC.

   The Internet of Things (IoT) has had an enormous impact on our lives, and has the power to change our world as well. IoT covers many fields which apply to all aspects of economy and social life. The future development of IoT needs the joint efforts from all walks of life.

   Standards are a crucial factor when IoT is revolutionizing our lives. Hopefully ISO standards could facilitate the development of IoT and jointly create a well-ordered smart world.

   With all sincerity, I wish the WIOTC a complete success.
